The Gateway OKC board will be composed of community leaders, residents, business owners, and
professionals with expertise in areas like real estate, finance, and community engagement. The board will

relations.
Create and maintain policies and procedures to ensure
adherence to regulations and industry standards. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and conduct
regular compliance audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of governance and identify
areas for improvement..
Oversee specific development projects, ensuring they align with community
needs and remain on schedule.
Manage budgeting, funding, and reporting to ensure financial transparency.
Coordinate outreach efforts, gather feedback from residents,
and function as a liaison with the community.
